SOS Children's Villages DIY Teamraiser
Roles & Responsibilities: Project Manage, Design (wireframe, page design), code (HTML), and Train.

The SOS Children's Villages DIY Teamraiser allows the user to choose an event: Special Occasion, Corporate Event, Community Event, Tribute, Athletic Event, Classroom Fundraiser, and create their own fundraising page.
During the setting up process, the user can choose a fundraising goal that their family and friends donate to and help reach.

The user can also decide to set up a team and invite their family, friends and colleagues to help reach the fundraising goal.

If the user is not looking to create their own page they can search and join a team or choose to search for and support a specific fundraiser or team.

The DIY Teamraiser is set up to support both English and French speakers.

As the project manager, it was my responsibility to oversee the early stage discussions surrounding the goal/purpose and determine a timetable for launch. We then quickly went into the design stage and worked with SOS to finalize the copy to be used on the website. After the design and copy were finalized we moved into development where I worked alongside the developer to get ready for launch. It was my responsibility to configure the site including setting up the Teamraiser in Luminate Online, creating the PageBuilder pages, configuring the customizable pages and the specific client asks, populating the website images, and adding the English and French copy using HTML.

After development was complete, I created a Punch List and worked alongside the client for testing purposes. Testing included internal testing at hjc and two rounds of testing with the SOS team. As the project manager, I was in charge of solving any issues that arose during testing.

After the Teamraiser launched I continued to provide support when items needed editing or there were any site issues. I then ran a training session with the SOS team outlining how to edit the Teamraiser in the backend on Luminate Online. The training session included a video recording and training document for the SOS team to refer back to when the contract had concluded.
