Roles & Responsibilities: Project Manage, Design (wireframe, page design), code (HTML), and Train. 

 

Ovarian Cancer Canada (OCC) was looking for a new design for their end of year campaign donation forms. OCC's request was to make a campaign driven form for their end-of-year campaigns and to later expand the form in the new year.

 

As project manager it was my responsibility to create the design and configure the form. The forms were configured in a simplified manor so the OCC team would be able to easily replicate the form for future campaigns.

As the project manager, it was my responsibility to oversee the early stage discussions surrounding the goal/purpose and determine a timetable for launch. I then quickly went into the design stage and worked with OCC to finalize the copy to be used on the website. After the design and copy were finalized we moved into development where I worked alongside the developer to get ready for launch. It was my responsibility to configure the form within Luminate Online.

After development was complete, I created a Punch List and worked alongside the client for testing purposes. Testing included internal testing at hjc and two rounds of testing with the OCC team. As the project manager, I was in charge of solving any issues that arose during testing.
