Roles & Responsibilities: Project Manage, Design (wireframe, page design), code (HTML), and Train. 

 

Cedars Cancer Foundation was looking for a new design for their five main donation forms.

 

As project manager it was my responsibility to create the design and configure the form. The form was configured in a simplified manor so the Cedars team would be able to easily edit the forms according to their yearly campaigns (images, copy, tributes, designations, & headers).

As the project manager, it was my responsibility to oversee the early stage discussions surrounding the goal/purpose and determine a timetable for launch. I then quickly went into the design stage and worked with Cedars to finalize the copy to be used on the website. After the design and copy were finalized we moved into development where I worked alongside the developer to get ready for launch. It was my responsibility to configure the form within Luminate Online.

After development was complete, I created a Punch List and worked alongside the client for testing purposes. Testing included internal testing at hjc and two rounds of testing with the Cedars team. As the project manager, I was in charge of solving any issues that arose during testing.
